The Urgent Treatment Centre is a 7 day a week GP lead service based in the Emergency Department at the George Eliot Hospital. The service enables patients to be seen by the clinician most appropriate to their presenting condition.
The Urgent Treatment Service is a co-located provision offering a GP lead Primary Care Service.
This applies to all patients meeting the agreed acceptance criteria.
The designated service operates Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 20:00 including Bank Holidays.
