FREE Art therapy style sessions designed to support mental wellbeing through creative expression. CathARTism offers a welcoming space for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, loneliness, or depression to explore art as a tool for self-discovery and healing.
- Express yourself through painting, drawing, and journaling—no artistic experience required!
- Build confidence, compassion, and mindfulness while relieving stress.
- Discuss mental wellbeing in a safe, supportive group environment.
- Sessions are guided by qualified facilitators using art therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology techniques.
- Each month features a new theme and creative prompts to help you process thoughts and feelings.
- Basic art materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
- Opportunity to create a mindful art journal to track your progress.
- Monthly workshops are complemented by weekly Mindfulness Circles—check for other events!
When: First Monday of each month, 6:00pm–8:00pm, from September 5 to December 5.

Access: Please arrive just before 6pm for a prompt start. Sessions are relaxed, creative, and educational. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact NHS 111 or Samaritans at 116 123.
