Changing Connections is a community initiative delivered by the Rural Community Council (RCC) and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Our mission is to support individuals in Melton Borough, Rutland & Charnwood by enhancing their mental and physical health, helping them build stronger community networks.
We connect people with local groups, services, and each other to foster a resilient and supportive community for those who need it most.
