North Woolwich Library Activities for Adults

At North Woolwich, we offer the following activities:

  • Chair-based Yoga - open to 35+ every Tuesday 1.00 - 2.00pm.
  • Positive East Free HIV testing clinic - Takes place every first Tuesday of the month from 10.00-12.00pm. Booking is required. 
  • ICT Support - One to one support available. Takes place Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10.00-12.00pm. Booking is required.
  • Coffee Morning - Everyone welcome. Takes place Thursdays 11.00-12.00pm. No booking is required.
  • Learn My Way - A basic course to get you familiar in using computers where you will learn about emails, scanning, using the internet safely and online shopping safely. Takes place Tuesdays and Fridays 10.00-12.00pm. Booking is required.
  • Stroke Support Group - Takes place every Friday 2.00-4.00pm. No booking is required.
  • Councillor Surgery Drop in - Takes place every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10.00-11.00am. No booking is required.

Free and open to the public - but registration is needed in 1st visit to the exercise class. And attendance register taken each visit
