Mums Matter FREE 8 week course with FREE crèche services

When you refer, you will be taken to their external referral form here.

Mums Matter is a free 8 week peer support course which aims to empower and support mums with children aged 2 and under, to take control of their mental health and wellbeing during the perinatal period. The course includes exploring set topics such as basic needs, thinking patterns, and self-esteem. During the course, we offer an optional supporter session to each mum where their partner, friend, or family member can attend a one-off 1 to 1 Zoom session to receive information on how to support mum and themselves through the transition of a new child. We have a free on site crèche for children aged 2 and under so that mums can fully participate in the course.

Wednesdays – Thames Community Hub (formerly Sue Bramley) – 10.30am-12.30pm
