Inclusive Tandem Bike Rides

Established in memory of Sharyn Rutterford, G-Whizz Inclusive Tandem Rides offers stoker cycling experiences to a range of disabled cyclists. With standard and semi-recumbent sitting positions and independent pedalling systems, on-road rides are available to cyclists with impaired vision, limited mobility and impaired balance.

Based in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire, volunteer pilots would be very welcome to join this venture which provides rides from a few miles, to many miles including overnight stays, depending on the abilities of the riders.

Service access criteria: To participate in tandem cycle riding, participants are expected to be in good general health with sufficient mobility to mount and dismount the tandem on their own.
