Time to Talk is a friendly, local charity offering free emotional and psychological support for young people aged 11-25 and their parents or carers in West Berkshire.
If you are struggling with difficult thoughts, feelings, or life situations, you are not alone. Our team of BACP registered counsellors provides confidential counselling sessions designed to help you understand yourself, build resilience, and find ways to cope.
