HOPE Programme

The HOPE Programme supports people living with long-term health conditions to build confidence and learn how to manage their condition.

Through a series of friendly and practical courses, HOPE helps you develop skills to improve your wellbeing, connect with others, and take control of your health journey. You can expect:

  • Guidance on self-management and self-care for your condition
  • Opportunities to share experiences and build confidence
  • Resources and support to help you feel empowered
  • Multiple ways to join, including in-person and online options

HOPE Programme courses are designed to be accessible and welcoming, with volunteering opportunities available for those who wish to support others.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with a condition for some time, the HOPE Programme offers a safe space to learn, connect, and grow.
