Online Counselling, Mental Health & Social Prescribing Support

MyMental Ltd provides accessible online counselling, mental health and emotional wellbeing support for young people and adults, including residents who may be referred through social prescribing.

We support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, confidence and self-esteem difficulties, loneliness, life changes, relationship difficulties, grief, identity-related concerns and general wellbeing challenges.

Our counselling support may include person-centred, CBT, integrative and psychodynamic approaches, depending on client need and practitioner availability. We offer standard and low-cost counselling options, with lower rates available for counselling students who need personal therapy as part of their training, subject to availability.

As our service is delivered online, individuals can access support from home, which may be helpful for people who face barriers around travel, mobility, childcare, work commitments, anxiety, or limited local in-person availability.

We welcome self-referrals and appropriate referrals or signposting from GPs, social prescribing teams, community organisations, education providers and employers. Once a referral is received, we will respond with next steps, including suitability, availability and access to online support.
