Activities at Battersea Library

Our libraries offer a variety of events, sessions and classes, giving you the perfect opportunity to meet people or learn something new. There are sessions for both adults and children. Please speak to staff in your local Wandsworth Library for more information.

Monday
Baby Rhyme Time
Help your little ones learn, with songs and rhymes for children aged 0-2. Monday and Tuesday 11am.

Story Time
Inspire their imaginations early, with stories for children aged 2-5. Monday 4pm. 

Tuesday
Baby Rhyme Time
Help your little ones learn, with songs and rhymes for children aged 0-2. Monday and Tuesday 11am.

Crafternoon
Crafting, colouring, and more creative activities for children each Tuesday, 4pm-5pm

Digipals Session

Tuesday 20th December 10am-12.30pm

Coffee Morning


Grab a warm drink and biscuit in the library. It’s a great way to learn about what’s happening in the library and to make new friends. 11am-12.30pm.

Friday
Reading Groups
Our monthly reading groups are a great way to share your thoughts on the book of the month. Alvering Reading Group: First Friday of the month 12-1pm. Just turn up and introduce yourself.


Saturday
Dad's Rhyme Time
11-11.30am, alternate Saturdays.

Lego Club
A place for Children to use their imagination and build their own world using LEGO. Saturday afternoons at 3pm.
