Family Matters is a dedicated support service for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities and/or additional needs, available in Richmond and Hounslow. Our team of Family Matters Advisors offers practical support, advice, and information to help families navigate challenges effectively.
**Services Offered:**
- **One-on-One Support:**
- Non-judgmental listening to your concerns.
- Collaborative identification of effective strategies.
- Assistance in focusing on challenging areas of family life and developing actionable steps.
- **Information and Resources:**
- Guidance on accessing activities and services tailored to your needs.
**Eligibility:**
This service is available to families with children who have disabilities or additional needs.
**Operating Hours:**
Family Matters operates during term time only. Referrals made during school holidays will be reviewed once term time resumes.
