Experience the joy of movement and community with English National Ballet's Dance for Parkinson's Classes.
Our programme is designed to support people living with Parkinson's, as well as their families, loved ones, and carers. Classes are led by experienced facilitators and feature live music, opportunities to meet creatives and guest artists, and a welcoming, social atmosphere.

- Classes available regionally and online: Join us in London, Ipswich, Oxford, Cardiff, Liverpool, or from anywhere via Zoom.

Class details:
- Online National Offer: Fridays, 11am–12:30pm. £40 for the 10-class term.
- London (Mulryan Centre for Dance): Wednesdays or Saturdays, 11am–1pm. £60–£85 for the 10-class term (includes refreshments).
- London (Royal Albert Hall): Monthly classes, £6 per class (includes refreshments).
- Ipswich (Jerwood DanceHouse): Wednesdays, 1:45pm–3:30pm. £6 per class or £60 for the term.
- Oxford (Wesley Memorial Hall): Mondays, 12:30pm–2:15pm. £5 per class or £50 for the term.
- Cardiff (National Dance Company Wales): Thursdays, 2pm–3:15pm. £4.50 per class.
- Liverpool (Hope University Creative Campus): Thursdays, 1:30pm–3:30pm. £40 for the term.

Who can join? Anyone living with Parkinson's, their families, loved ones, and carers are welcome.
Dance for Parkinson’s is accessible for all individuals living with Parkinson’s. Carers of those individuals are also able to attend if required.
