Are money, benefits, work or getting out of the house feeling hard to manage?
Cortonwood Comeback Community Centre supports local residents in Brampton Bierlow and surrounding areas, with groups and advice for all ages. It offers help with benefits, debt, forms, CVs and job search, plus regular social, youth, wellbeing and outdoor activities.
- Get support with benefits, debt advice, form filling, budgeting and money management.
- Use computer and internet access for applications, agencies, job search or training.
- Build work skills with CV, cover letter, application and interview support.
- Join weekly activities such as coffee morning, Warm Welcome Cafe, youth clubs, community garden and guided meditation.
- Access green wellbeing activities including cycling maintenance, social strolls, family outdoor activities, Men in Sheds and fishing club.
Cost: Some support is free; DBS checks have a charge.
