Trail Therapy - Mountain Biking - Bikespace

We have secured more funding and have places available until March 2027

Would you like to get involved in some Off Road Cycling?

We are running a programme of full day sessions once a week aimed at adults (18y/o and over).

After a couple of sessions in the workshop learning some basic bicycle repair skills you will be part of a small group that explores Off Road Cycling destinations in Devon and Cornwall. These include Haldon Forest, Lanhydrock and Plymbridge. You will have the use of our high quality Mountain Bikes for these sessions.

The sessions are aimed at beginners but experienced cyclists are welcome along too. Participants must be able to ride a bicycle.

At the start of the programme you will receive a helmet, jacket and gloves to keep.
At the end of the programme (approx 11 weeks) you will receive a recycled bike to keep.

Lunch is provided as well as transport to each location.

Participants must be able to meet at the Bikespace workshop based in Devonport (PL1 4SN).

Each session will usually run from 10am to 3pm.

Upcoming courses start in January, April and September. 6 participants max per course.
