Op RESTORE is for people who have served at least one day in the UK Armed Forces, or who are leaving the Armed Forces, and have a continuing physical health injury or related medical problem linked to their service. The service helps create a personalised care plan and connects you with clinicians and support that understand military life.

- Be referred to other NHS services when clinically needed
