I am a registered BACP member and BPS member. I have an MA in Clinical Counselling, a BSc(hons) in Psychology, and am certified in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
Alongside counselling, I also work for a top 10 university offering specialist mental health mentoring, and work as a freelance health & wellbeing coach for people with type 2 diabetes hoping to achieve remission (NHS backed 12 month program).
