Transition Homeless Project

Transition Homeless Project is a non-profit organisation operating in North West London. We assist male and female individuals who need a safe space to obtain guidance and support. Our aim is to prevent poverty or homelessness offering hope and pathways to a brighter stable future.

Our services include a soup kitchen, housing advise, poverty prevention, debt management and careers advice. We also operate a service primarily focus on women who have experienced domestic abuse.

Drop-in services for hot meals, engagement with support workers who will work with individuals to end poverty or homelessness.
