Matthew's Hub offers a friendly, welcoming support service for autistic people aged 13 and over, including those awaiting a diagnosis and those without a learning disability.
We provide a wide range of support options to help you thrive, including:
- Improving employability – practical help to find and keep work
- Peer mentoring – connect with others who understand your experiences
- Housing related support – advice and help with housing issues
- Emotional wellbeing support – caring support for your mental health and wellbeing
- Training and workshops – learn new skills and build confidence
- Parent support – guidance and information for parents and carers
Appointments and support are available face to face at our accessible centre, and remotely via telephone, email, messenger, Skype, and Zoom. We are committed to making our services accessible and accommodating any concerns you may have, including those related to Coronavirus.
Our facilities are accessible, with no stairs.
We welcome feedback from autistic people about what matters to you, and we work with other service providers in Hull and East Yorkshire to signpost useful resources.
