**HOPE Program for Cancer Support**
Life can be challenging when you are dealing with cancer, whether actively or following treatment. Help to Overcome Problems Effectively (HOPE) is here to support you in navigating these difficulties. Developed by Coventry University and Macmillan Cancer Support, this licensed program is designed for individuals aged 18 and over who are nearing the end of treatment or have recently completed it.
**Program Details:**
- **Duration**: 6-week course
- **Session Length**: 2.5 hours per session
- **Group Size**: 6 to 12 participants
- **Cost**: Free to attend
- **Facilitators**: Sessions led by trained facilitators, including health professionals and volunteers with personal cancer experiences.
