Do you know you need to get moving to help your Health & Wellbeing but find it daunting?

My classes are 'Fun' and 'Friendly' - exercise is great for Mental Health, Reduced risk of Falls, Improved Brain Power, Helps Weight Management, Disease Prevention, Increased Energy, Improved Glycemic Control.

This is a 'Fun' low impact workout class.  Using Pom Poms takes the worry away of if you're co-ordinated or not.....as long as you're moving, shaking your Pom Poms and smiling that's all that matters.

£6 per session or £22 for 4 sessions (to be used within 6 weeks).
