Sara Lee Trust

The Sara Lee Trust provides compassionate support for people affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in Hastings and Rother.

We offer a range of free services designed to improve wellbeing and quality of life, including:

  • Talking Therapies: Counselling and emotional support to help you cope with diagnosis, treatment, and the challenges of living with serious illness.
  • Touch Therapies: Complementary therapies such as massage and reflexology, tailored to your needs and delivered by qualified practitioners.
  • Group Activities: Opportunities to connect with others, share experiences, and take part in supportive group sessions.

Our services are available to anyone living with cancer or other life-threatening conditions, as well as their families and carers. We work closely with local healthcare providers and the Hastings and Rother Cancer Support Network to ensure you receive the best possible care.

All support is provided free of charge.

To access our services, you can contact us directly or ask your healthcare professional to refer you. We are here to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered at every stage of your journey.

Visit our centre, call us, or explore our website for more information.
