Warning Zone is a Leicester-based charity dedicated to teaching life skills and safeguarding children aged 10-11. Our mission is to deliver life-saving messages to children at a key transition in their lives, as they move into secondary school and face new experiences and responsibilities.
At our state-of-the-art facility, we educate young people about understanding risks, peer pressure, anti-social behaviour, and the consequences of their actions—both in daily life and online. Our interactive E-Safety Zone covers topics such as cyber-bullying, online grooming, scams, and much more, helping children master the art of staying safe online.
Each year, over 10,000 school children visit Warning Zone. After their visit, we continue to engage them with unique follow-up activities in their classrooms. For older students (Year 9), we offer a flexible, hour-long E-Safety Learning Zone roadshow, designed to reach entire year groups and spark important conversations about online safety.
Our impact is real: Children leave Warning Zone equipped with practical knowledge to stay safe in emergencies, as shown by real-life stories from families who have benefited from our training.
