NHS Sutton Talking Therapies

Sutton Talking Therapies (formerly known as Sutton Uplift) provide free & confidential psychology and psychotherapy interventions for common mental health problems (low to moderate, anxiety or depression). Wellbeing and Employment support is also available, to those currently on (or awaiting) treatment. 

You can self-refer into this service through the linked referral form.  Referrals are accepted from people aged 18 years and over who are Sutton residents, or non-Sutton residents who are registered with a Sutton GP. This includes those in temporary accommodation in the borough.

Referrals from CAMHS can be considered for young people who are age 17 and 6 months with full transfer of the young person’s care to be completed by 17 years and 9 months. Referrals for young people from GPs will be accepted when client is age 17 and 9 months.
