Small Grants Provider - Linking Help With Hope

LHH; Linking Help With Hope (also known as League of Helping Hands) help those who are living on a very low income, receiving the appropriate welfare benefits and who have exhausted all other funding sources including statutory funding, occupational, local and specialist charities. This is in the form of small financial assistance towards household items etc (remit may change from time-to-time), please refer to our website for up-to-date information and grant application form.

To be eligible, applicants must present with a diagnosed physical or mental health condition, learning disability, or be a carer for an adult or child with a disability.  NB We can only accept completed grant application forms from third party sponsors. If you are the applicant looking for help, please find a suitable sponsor for a referral (representative from Social Services, Health Service (not GPs), Housing Association, Tenancy Support Agency, Carer’s Centre, CAB or another Charity).

Assistance is offered to all ages; help for children should be made with a parent/legal guardian as the lead applicant.
