We provide specialist fitness training for people with mental health problems.
Exercise has been proven to boost mental health and wellbeing. Our one-to-one personal training sessions - led by an expert coach - maximise the impact of this.
We can provide gym sessions at Harrow School Fitness Club, or home visits and outdoor workouts in the surrounding area.
