Exercise for mental health

FitMind is a non-profit organisation offering specialist fitness training for people experiencing mental health challenges. Our expert personal trainers work with both NHS referrals and private clients, providing one-to-one and small group sessions designed to support mental wellbeing through physical activity.

We believe in exercise with empathy and social connection, helping you build long-term healthy habits for both body and mind. Our holistic approach supports those dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and more.
