Arts Psychotherapy and Well Being Services

We provide Arts Based Psychotherapies (our therapists are HCPC registered), arts for health and wellbeing, and personal development services. We work with adults and children of all ages with varying needs including mental health challenges, trauma, abuse, disabilities and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, using non-verbal, verbal and creative means of expression and exploration. Our person-centred practitioners tailor sessions for each client and their needs. People can have one-to-one services or join groups, and can either pay privately; access our services for free if they meet specific funding criteria (for example being out of work, education or training); or be funded through personal budgets, education health and care plans, or specific council funding for vulnerable families and children, including adopted and looked after children.
