West Ham United Foundation offer Walking Football sessions across Newham including our female specific session aimed at participants from the age of 18+. Our Women's session runs at the following venue on Thursdays and caters for varying levels of ability.
Women's Walking Football, The Foundry, West Ham United Foundation, 60 Albatross Close, Beckton, E6 5NX every Thursday at 7.30-9pm.
Registration and subscription is required to access this session. The £10/mth fee will go towards supporting and sustaining the sessions and will give access to any relevant walking football session we currently run, our walking basketball session and our online group exercise classes, as well as our monthly Health & Wellbeing newsletter.
