Are you anxious about something? Or worried about someone else? We are here to listen and give helpful information, offering support when you need it. 

Our Gateway Telephone Service is the first point of contact for anyone seeking support for their own or someone else’s mental health including carers, GPs, Health Workers, family, friends and colleagues. Gateway provides access to information at a time when you may be feeling afraid, anxious, depressed or just don’t know what to do. We support using telephone, email and face to face appointments.

We are here for you Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
