Join our Mindfulness Walk course (5 sessions, once a week) to enhance your well-being, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection to the present moment and the natural world around you! Participants will have the opportunity to combine physical activity with mindfulness practice, promoting both mental and physical well-being. Through guided mindful walking sessions, participants will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and deepen their connection to the natural environment.
Please note that if the weather does not permit walking outside, you will still be able to participate in indoor practice in the Gym on the 2nd Floor at the Shadwell Centre.
