Want to get FIT, have FUN, while improving POSTURE and COORDINATION?
Then this is the class for you! Katie will guide you through an hour's class of ballet dance exercises for you to dance along to as well as fitness exercises to help improve your ballet technique. You're sure to feel your muscles burn and work up a sweat in this unique work-out class! It is a beginner/intermediate ballet class and progressions and regressions will be offered for any work out principles based on your own ability.
What to wear: Ballet shoes if you have them and anything you feel comfortable in.
