Cutting down on your alcohol consumption isn’t easy, but you won’t be alone. We will help you understand more about your drinking, what safe levels of drinking are and help you to set goals to cut down.

One of our team will work with you 1-1, to understand what your current drinking habits are and what you want to acheive long term. We will conduct a short assessment to estbalish the most approriate support for you. This might mean you receive regular support from one of our Health Trainers based locally in Devon, either online, on the telephone or face-face. Or you may benefit from more specialist support and with your consent we can refer directly to that team.
