Our Early Bereavement Service is a counselling service for people that are struggling to cope in immediate aftermath of a loss. We normally see clients for four sessions and then signpost to either bereavement counselling or local support.
Our Bereavement Café is for local people to come along and share a cup of tea in the company of others who understand. It’s is a drop-in group for anyone who has experienced bereavement. Losing a loved one can turn your world upside down and make you feel lost – and talking about how you feel can help. Anyone who has experienced the loss of someone close to them, no matter how long ago, is welcome to come along.
