We run a variety of services all across the UK, that aim to give everyone the chance to be part of the community they live in and feel connected to society. Wokingham Supported Accommodation Service

This service provides safe, secure accommodation and support to young people at risk of homelessness in Wokingham.

Staff are onsite 24/7, supporting each young person to develop the skills and confidence to live independently in the future, as well as the opportunity to access full-time training, education or employment.

Support includes daily living skills such as:

Budgeting
Education, employment and training
Independent living skills and getting ready for move on


This service may be able to help if you are:

A young person aged 16-25
Living in the Wokingham Borough or with a local connection to Wokingham
Homeless or at risk of homelessness
On Wokingham Borough Council Housing Register (see below for how to apply)
Have an identified low/medium housing related support need
