Wokingham Recovery College

Wokingham Recovery college gives people  the opportunity to access education, workshops and training programmes, designed to support people to develop mental health resilience.

The college offers a range of courses which are all co produced and co delivered by people with the lived experience of mental health difficulties alongside mental health professionals. We accept registrations from anyone over the age of 18, living and working in the Wokingham borough. We are working towards making our courses accessible for older adults and people from all cultural backgrounds.

Students also have the opportunity to train as a peer volunteer and gain experience of co developing and delivering Recovery college courses. Everyone's voices is valid within the college and we actively seek out feedback on course development ideas.

Please get in touch if you would like more information about our courses and registering as a student.
