Come along for some crafts, a chat about wellbeing and a cuppa!

Monday 27th September from 2:30 - 4:00 pm 

No experience necessary, just come along and have some fun! 

Rachel Freegard runs art workshops at the Wokingham Recovery College as well as her own Art Journaling for Wellbeing course and will be hosting a free arts and crafts taster session for Friendship Month. 

We will provide all the materials, so just bring yourself!
