Liberation From Abuse Programme

We are a charitable organisation of survivors for survivors of domestic abuse in ALL its forms. We are based in the Thames Valley and provide support services throughout England and Wales.

We have been running our Liberation from Abuse Programme since January 2020.  It is an eight week course that covers all areas of abuse: physical, emotional, financial, sexual and coercive control, the signs and effects. For anyone who is experiencing or has experienced domestic abuse in any form and wants to understand and break the cycle.

Survivor-led sessions focus on enhancing knowledge, providing useful tools and breaking the cycle. We will empower and liberate you along your recovery journey.

Please note, this is a peer support service not an IDVA service.
