Fenland Family Support Program

We help families in Cambridgeshire, who have at least one child under 5, by providing a volunteer to visit them in their own homes regularly for friendship and support.

We are currently accepting referrals for families based in Fenland who need support to:

Improve child’s behaviour – build resilience and coping strategies, bonding with parent, enjoy play, social interaction with peers and other adults.
Reduce isolation - through volunteer support to enable access to social activities and health appointments.
Improve child’s health and wellbeing - to include healthy eating and exercise, self-awareness.

We have spaces for 1:1 home visiting for typically between three to six months support.

We can also take families into our Wisbech group. Families are encouraged to develop independence and move on from the group so support is up to a maximum of three terms if required.
