Northolt health programme

Our vision is to bring the true transformation of lives. We want to reach all communities - especially young people who are not in education and people who are experiencing mental health issues.

We are inviting all the residents of Northolt to gain the necessary skills to effectively deal with mental health and incorporate healthy habits into their day-to-day routine. The workshop is designed for you to recognise the significance of having an outlet to alleviate stress and how this positively impacts other areas of your life.

Helping people of all ages to understand themselves and appreciate themselves more with confidence boosting activities and also helping them incorporate healthy habits in their day-to-day lives. The programme also includes sports activities and mainly group sessions to allow participants to make friends and this also allows them to know that they are not alone.
