Kickstart work placements

Our vision is to bring the true transformation of lives. We want to reach all communities - especially young people who are not in education and people who are experiencing mental health issues.

Light Foundations are working directly with The DWP to offer several 6-month Kickstart positions on a contractual basis. These placements offer young people aged 16-24 who are currently at risk of long-term unemployment the opportunity to gain paid work placements within our organisation, while developing a variety of work-based and communication skills within a supportive team.

Please speak to your Universal Credit Advisor about our current Kickstart positions within Light Foundations for more information regarding roles, or to be referred forward for roles, or to be referred forward for one.
