Musculoskeletal Programme

Here at Burton Albion Community Trust we are lucky enough to be able to offer a variety of programmes to provide activity and weight management coordination to assist with musculoskeletal conditions including help with pain management and soft tissue damage.

Referrals will receive an activity pack to help them manage their own condition but also the opportunity to discuss their personalised needs and create a physical activity plan with an appropriately qualified individual to enable them to manage their condition more effectively, improve their quality of life and keep moving in a community setting with people much like themselves.

When: Wednesday 10:30-11:30
