Adult Weight Management (Mental Health)

FREE face to face and virtual 12 week programme for residents in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Nutrition workshops and physical activity sessions that give you all the regular knowledge and skills for managing your weight, but led by non-judgemental and supportive nutritionists and physical activity specialists who recognise that making these changes alongside mental health challenges can be difficult.

In addition, we have partnered with CPSL Mind to offer a FREE fortnightly peer support group that complements our programme. The aim of these sessions is to support you by promoting self-confidence in working towards your goals. Lifestyle change is an upheaval of regular routines so we want to make sure you are given every opportunity to talk about those feelings of frustration and doubt so you are able to make healthful changes and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

  • Do you identify as living with mental health challenges?
  • Are you an adult over the age of 16 years?
  • Is your BMI over 25 (we can help you calculate it if you don’t know)?
