Strength & balance classes


Designed to help improve strength and balance in older adults which will help to reduce falls in the future. Exercises are static and based around a chair they can be completed seated or standing at your own level. Our exercise classes will help to improve your muscle strength, balance, stamina, flexibility and even boost your mental health.

Sessions are tailored to suit people of all abilities.


£3.00 per person for the first 12 weeks.

£4.00 per person after 12 weeks.
