Get Active Exercise Sessions

Our aim is to provide a health and fitness facility to the community that is accessible to all.

We deliver light exercise sessions to participants of all ages and abilities looking to increase their activity

  • Progressive exercise sessions
  • Lifestyle and nutrition education if required
  • No pressure to over exert
  • Standing and chair based exercise - rest as required

As these sessions are non funded you can self refer yourself and we will be here to support you as much as required.

Session cost is a reduced rate of £3 per class

Sessions run at the below times

Wednesdays 9am (beginners) and 10am (slightly more advanced options) light exercise

Wednesday 11am Fall Prevention focus for participants who are unstable and looking to improve balance

Fridays 1pm (all abilities) light exercise
