"Be Less Stressed" Courses at the WEA

Join our online "Be Less Stressed" courses and learn how creative writing, art or cooking can be a great way to beat stress and to support wellbeing and mental health. During these sessions we will identify what stress is, what can cause it, and how we can use creative writing or art activities to manage stress, support our wellbeing and improve resilience.  We will also practise simple relaxation techniques using breathwork exercises and mindfulness to help us relax further.
