If you're 16 to 30 and want to gain experience, skills, training and the confidence to help you into work, you've come to the right place.

• Already know what you're interested in? Try out Get into courses. 

  We work with companies - including M&S, the NHS and Tesco - to help give you the opportunity to gain work experience and get job specific skills, help with your CV and interview techniques and access support for finding a job once you have finished the programme. 

Kickstart Your Career

• Are you between the ages of 16 - 24 years old, currently unemployed and looking for work?

  The Kickstart Scheme is offering six-month paid placements, providing an opportunity for you to gain experience by working with some of Britain’s most exciting companies - including M&S, Pet at Home, JD Sports, Go Ape and more.

Boost your confidence with Team

• In need of a boost? Team is our 12-week personal development programme.

  It might seem like a long time but, with a residential, community project and work experience thrown in to develop your skills, it really does fly by.

Get funding to train, learn and help get a job

• Want funding to train, learn or to help you get a job? We offer Development Awards which can support you with a range of areas to make studying or working even easier.
