Mindfulness-in-Nature: walk to wellness

This is a monthly event at Wandlebury Country Park 2-3pm (2nd February, 15th March) for those who would like to combine gentle walking in nature's raw beauty with mindfulness coaching in how to still the mind to reduce stress and manage chronic illness. Each walk's theme chimes with the seasons, encouraging walkers to connect with ever present nurturing potential of nature and in all of us. There is also the opportunity to connect with others after the walk for a warming drink and social. The walk is led by a trained mindfulness coach who will offer simple guidance, create opportunities for silent contemplation and create a safe space to help the healing process and connect you with others with similar life challenges, over a hot drink.
