Mindfulness for Health

Coleridge Community College, Adult Learn and Train Team, is sponsoring me to lead an 8-week mindfulness training course, starting 17th January, 6-8pm. The course provides the learner with the opportunity to learn meditation practices to help manage chronic stress and long term medical conditions. The course encourages learners to share both challenges and personal strategies to live with stress, pain and illness with peer-support exercises and an opportunity to make new friends.
