Walk'n'talk-to-wellness coaching

Sometimes we benefit from a skilled listening ear to help us devise a plan to overcome one of life's many challenges. This coaching service combines gentle walking in nature's soothing green spaces, with the David's caring attention and skilled listening to help you to come up with a plan of action to overcome whatever is on your mind. David will help you to find the courage and energy to solve your own problems and build your resilience, while walking alongside you, never judging, but reminding you that you can do it. David offers one-offs or a series of 3 sessions. You remain in control of the responsibility to do the best you can to maintain health and wellbeing, before the problem gets unmanageable. This approach works well if you are recovering from illness, a trauma or a recent life changing event that leaves you feeling less confident about the future.
