Mental Health Link Worker (Counselling) - 18+.

Coordinated by qualified counsellors, clients will be assessed and then assigned to a suitable student counsellor to undertake counselling to deal with low level mental health concerns including low mood, anxiety, stress, relationship breakdowns etc.

Typically 6 sessions either over the phone or via video call.

Excludes - Anyone waiting for higher level psychological support. Anyone in crisis or that is actively suicidal. People with moderate to high level counselling requirements for issues such as eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, severe trauma.
