Westminster RSPB Community Walks

Nature is really important for our well-being & connecting to nature has been shown to improve mood, reduce feelings of stress, help people to feel more relaxed, improve sleep quality, reduce loneliness & improve confidence & self esteem. As well as being good for our health & wellbeing, getting out for a walk can be a great way to meet new people and enjoy being outdoors. The RSPB in partnership with One Westminster offers local short, slow paced, small group walks for people who would like to feel more connected to nature & enjoy being in the outdoors. During the walks there will be time to look for birds, listen to birdsong and just enjoy feeling closer to nature.
